Placing your order in our online shop comprises a compulsory stage of Purchase Reservation, as we need some time to settle issues of delivery/shipment of the goods, that is, whether to ship the purchased items separately or to consolidate the items in one package - shipment cost depends on a number of items in the package, and what messenger service to recruit – that will define shipment cost and time of delivery.
Visiting the item’s product detail page you selected, click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you’ve added the items to your Shopping Cart, use “Place Your Order” button to be taken to the order form to enter your login, password and e-mail address.
Once you have submitted your order by e-mail, our manager will contact you during the day to discuss shipping/delivery issues.
From this point until the order is completed or canceled the item is reserved by you. To review what other items you’ve reserved, click “My Account” button.
When all delivery/shipment issues are settled, we will draw up an invoice including items’ cost and charges for delivery, packing and insurance to be paid in any convenient way you choose, including payment with a credit card (see "Payment for an Order”).
After receipt of money to our account the items will be delivered by courier (in Moscow) or shipped to your address via a shipping agency (see “Delivery/Shipment”). When you received the purchase, check its undamaged state and authenticity and sigh the receipt.
Payment for an Order
Attention! Payment is to be made only when all purchase issues are discussed and settled with us (see “Purchase Reservation").
You can make any non-cash payment for the purchase against the invoice through banks of Russia or other foreign countries. Once your order is placed and agreed with us, an invoice will be automatically prepared to be further printed and paid.
We also accept payments with credit cards.
Safety of payments using credit cards is backed up by CHRONOPAY payment system (www.chronopay.com).

"My Account" service has Order Tracking function accessible to registered users who made at least one purchase in our online shop. Enter your name and password and track your order status.
We offer several ways to deliver the items you purchased:
1. by courier - only in Moscow (free delivery);
2. via express-post EMS "Garantpost" (worldwide Express Mail Service) – in Russia and most of countries in the world;
3. via DHL International Courier Service – all over the world.
By any shipping method the purchase will be hand over to you personally.

As you purchase a piece of art, sometimes of high price, to be shipped over the long distances, packing is considered to be very important, except when delivered by courier. Unfortunately, it refers only to buyers living or staying in Moscow.
Packing requirements and costs differ depending on whether the sculpture to be shipped is cut of wood, ivory or any other material.
Our purpose is to deliver the purchased piece of art safe and sound to the addressee. Therefore, packing is paid much attention to.
We recommend clarifying in advance whether any customs restrictions exist for imported items of your choice.
Some goods in different countries are prohibited to export and import, some other require special permission.
Prior to make any purchase, please make certain that the item is not under any import restrictions. For some items you may get permission, others are constantly forbidden for importation.
Purchases sent by book-post or parcel may be even under more tight restrictions. It is forbidden, for example, to import raw teeth or tusks of whale, walrus, narwhal and seal, and carved items made of the stuff to USA. But mammoth tusk items are under no restrictions.
